Letterhead the heading at the top of the screen
Or upload your real letterhead image and it is shown instead of the text, recolored to suit dark themes. For a lobby screen: upload the logo here and leave the lines empty.

Which limudim and zmanim rows appear is set per panel: on the Display & Sections tab, click the לימודים or זמני היום box.
Display Options (how the screen looks — changes apply instantly)
Theme
Layout (a preview of the screen — click any box to edit that section's content & settings; drag the gold lines to resize; sizes snap to the grid. ▲▼ reorder, ◀▶ move to another column, ✕ hides)
adds a new section — it can be a times list, rich text, an image, a PDF, or a live websiteadds a new panel — a Google Photos album, pictures, a PDF, text, or a live website
Special screens (show a flyer, a PDF or one panel full-screen for a while — e.g. during a dinner — or rotate between screens)
Library every PDF and picture you upload lives here — panels and special screens take their files from it
Announcements (scrolling ticker)
Simchas (mazel tovs rotating on screen)
Pick a title, name and simcha — the mazel tov line is written for you and added below, where you can still edit every word. Names you use are remembered in the dropdown for next time, and both dropdowns have a "+ הוסף חדש…" choice at the bottom to add your own options. The two dates say when the line shows on the screen (From defaults to today).
Calendar Events
Upload a Calendar
Upload a shul calendar or bulletin — PDF, photo/scan, CSV, text, or .ics file. AI will read it and suggest events, simchas and announcements for you to review.
Review what was found — uncheck anything you don't want, then publish:
Users (extra logins with their own permissions)
Add a helper with just their email address, tick what they may change, and press Save — they get an invite and fill in their own name, username and password. Everything they can't change is hidden from them.
